Join Us on Leaf Lane!
We are excited to introduce Leaf Lane at the Fall Festival of Leaves, a special opportunity for local organizations to raise funds through drawings. Leaf Lane is completely free to participate in, making it an ideal way for your group to engage with the community and support a worthy cause.
Leaf Lane will be located on North Maple Street, near the Main Stage and Festival Office.
Cost:
- Participation in Leaf Lane is free for all qualifying organizations.
- Each organization must provide their own prize (firearms are not permitted).
- You are responsible for handling your contest, including ticket sales, prize drawings, and winner announcements.
- Booth representatives must be present at their booth throughout the festival.
Signage and Display:
- Each booth must have clear signage outlining rules, terms, and the prize being given away.
- It is recommended that booths have an eye-catching prize display, a secure ticket collection box, and an information table to engage festival-goers.
Festival Presence:
Booths must be attended for the duration of the festival, ensuring seamless interactions with festival attendees.
- Booth Setup: We recommend arriving early to set up your booth and organize your materials. Please note that each organization is responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, and any other necessary equipment. The festival will only provide a 10×10 space on Leaf Lane for your booth. Be sure to bring everything you need to make your booth stand out!
- Ticket Collection: Please ensure the security of your tickets by using a lockable box or similar solution to protect the integrity of your fundraising.
- Winner Announcement: All prize drawings will be held Sunday at 5:30 PM on the main stage and announced by the Fall Festival of Leaves. Each organization is responsible for ensuring their winners are ready to be notified at this time.
