Miss Fall Festival of Leaves Scholarship Pageant
In Honor and Memory of Mrs. Loraine Campbell Granger
On May 30, 2003 the Bainbridge community lost a very special friend. Mrs. Loraine Campbell Granger was a committee member of the Fall Festival of Leaves and a devoted teacher to the students of the Paint Valley School system, even after her retirement. She is missed by many and it is with great pride that the annual Fall Festival of Leaves Scholarship Queen Pageant be dedicated to her.
Rules:
- Pageant is limited to the first 25 entries.
- Must be born female, U.S. Citizen, between the ages of 15-18 by October 1st, 2025
- Must attend or be a graduate of one of the following school districts: Adena, Chillicothe, Greenfield, Hillsboro, Huntington, Paint Valley, Southeastern, Unioto, Western or Zane Trace.
- Must be of a good moral character, never been married, never been pregnant, NO sleeve tattoos or body piercings (pierced ears are allowed)
- Must attend, session at Bainbridge Methodist Church (Corner of Maple and 2nd Street) on Sunday, September 21st at 12pm for photo taking and explanation of rules. Please wear dress attire for photo taking (church dress, nice slacks, nice top ect…)
- Must attend rehearsals at Paxton Theatre on Sunday September 28th, October 5th and October 12th from 2-6pm. Please dress casual for rehearsals (shorts, sweats, joggers ect.) Food and drinks will be provided.
- It is to your advantage to attend the photo session and all rehearsals. Please make arrangements with work or family to make this work for you as an FFL contestant!!! Non-Attendance of any of the sessions without prior permission from the committee will lead to disqualification.
- Must have knowledge of the Fall Festival of Leaves and the surrounding area. Informational printouts and pamphlets will be provided.
- Must be willing and able to travel and promote the Fall Festival of Leaves during the following year (primarily Saturdays and Sundays) May thru October. A mandatory 15 festivals are required to receive any monies and/or scholarship.
- Preliminary judging will begin at approximately 4pm Thursday, October 16th at Bainbridge United Methodist Church followed by the pageant at the Paxton Theatre at 8pm.
PHOTO SESSION AND REHEARSALS ARE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC AND PARENTS
PARENTS ARE INVITED TO THE OCTOBER 13TH REHEARSAL AND ALSO TO THE CHURCH THE NIGHT OF THE PAGEANT FOR REFRESHMENTS

Please be aware that the committee does not have any influence on the final results of the pageant. The judging procedures are solely under the control of the judges, and the scores remain private and undisclosed to the committee. The judges are responsible for collecting all score sheets at the conclusion of the pageant.
