These Terms of Service cover the Fall Festival of Leaves (FFL) Festival Alerts text message program.

  1. Program: Fall Festival of Leaves (FFL) Festival Alerts, a recurring text message program. Routine messages begin with “FFL:”.
  2. What you will receive: festival schedule and weather updates, parking and safety notices, vendor and participant reminders, and sponsorship and donation requests from Fall Festival of Leaves (FFL).
  3. How to join: check the consent box on our Text Alerts page, or text LEAVES to (740) 634-0037. You will receive a confirmation message. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service or registering for any event.
  4. Frequency: message volumes and frequency may vary, up to 8 messages per month, more during festival week in October.
  5. Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages.
  6. Opt out: text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to (740) 634-0037 at any time, or call us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Text START or SUBSCRIBE to rejoin.
  7. Opt-out timing: we honor opt-out requests promptly, and no later than the time required by law.
  8. Help: text HELP or INFO to (740) 634-0037, or call (740) 634-0037.
  9. Quiet hours: we send messages only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone.
  10. Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  11. Eligibility: you must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and be the mobile account holder or have the account holder’s permission.
  12. Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
  13. Changes: we may update these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
  14. Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
